Description
The Foldover Shoe takes the foldover collar concept into a low shoe — the excess material at the throat able to be worn up or folded back to reveal the lining beneath. Blake stitch construction, all-leather sole, insole, heel, lining, and stiffeners.
Grigio stain horse leather on the Foldover Shoe — equine hide with a hand-applied grigio wash that removes uniform tone and replaces it with something quieter and less resolved. The grigio sits between grey and taupe, the variation in depth across the surface giving the shoe an understated, worked quality from the outset.
