Shipping & Returns
Domestic — Australia
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Sydney via Australia Post. Delivery takes 2–7 business days and is fully trackable. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.
Free returns on all orders over $900 shipped within Australia.
International
International orders are shipped via Australia Post EMS Express, with delivery in 3–7 business days. An official invoice will be included with each parcel. We are unable to alter declared values or mark items as gifts.
Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, payable to the carrier upon delivery.

Rates are indicative, based on one pair of shoes (1.6kg), and may vary at checkout.
Order Processing
Available items
Orders are processed the next business day following confirmation. Credit card charges are settled at the time of processing. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are shipped once stock is received. Credit cards are charged the day after ordering; bank transfers are due within 48 working hours. Where an order includes both available and pre-order items, these will be shipped separately.
Delivery
All parcels are sealed with adhesive tape in an A. McDonald branded box. If your parcel appears damaged or opened in transit, please sign as "Received unchecked" or refuse delivery, then contact us at enquiries@andrewmcdonald.com.au.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for an exchange or refund. To initiate a return, email enquiries@andrewmcdonald.com.au with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached
- Soles must show no signs of wear
- All original packaging (dust bag, box, covers) must be included
- Returns must be shipped from the original delivery country
Exchange
We offer exchanges for the same model in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Refund
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Credit card refunds appear within up to 20 business days. Bank transfer refunds are completed within 48 working hours of receiving your bank details. Refunds are issued in the original order currency.
