Description
The Toe Cap Derby Brogue is a derby shoe with a structured toe cap and full brogue detailing — perforations and gimped edging applied across the toe cap, quarters, and heel in the wingtip tradition. A boot with considerable heritage, built at the Andrew McDonald workshop in The Strand Arcade, Sydney.
Chocolate calf on the Toe Cap Derby Brogue — smooth Italian calfskin in a warm, deep brown. Brown leather and full broguing is a pairing with a long and legitimate history — the perforations read clearly against the polished calf surface, and the whole shoe develops a richer, more complex patina with every season of wear.
