Description
The Asymmetric Derby is a considered reinterpretation of the derby form — the lacing panel offset from centre, breaking the expected symmetry of the shoe without announcing the departure. Blake stitch construction, all-leather sole, insole, and lining.
Electric blue stain cordovan on the Asymmetric Derby — shell cordovan from the rump of the horse, with a vivid electric blue applied as a stain rather than a pigment coat. The colour penetrates the surface of the hide rather than sitting on top of it, preserving the cordovan's anti-crease properties and natural burnishing character.
