Description
The Wholecut Boot is cut from a single piece of leather — one unbroken panel forming the entire upper, with no seam at the vamp or quarters, and a zip providing entry. The absence of joins gives the silhouette a tension and purity that no other construction achieves. Blake stitch construction, all-leather double sole, insole, asymmetric heel, lining, and stiffeners.
Albino stain cordovan on the Wholecut Boot — shell cordovan from the rump of the horse in its palest, near-white state, with a stain applied to give the surface a soft, desaturated tone. Because the entire upper is one piece of cordovan, the stain sits continuously across the boot — no seam to interrupt it, no panel to vary the depth.
