The Derby Shoe is the foundational form of the open-laced shoe — the quarters sewn on top of the vamp, the throat able to open more freely than the Oxford, accommodating a wider range of foot volumes while remaining appropriate across business and smart casual contexts. Handcrafted at the Andrew McDonald workshop in The Strand Arcade, Sydney.
Black calf on the Derby Shoe — smooth Italian calfskin in a deep, even black. The fine, tight grain of calf holds its finish through years of regular wear, developing a rich individual patina that deepens with every season of use and attention.
