The Desert Boot is a form that has earned its reputation honestly: minimal, practical, built to last. Andrew McDonald's version is handcrafted at the Sydney workshop with the same rigour applied to every shoe — all-leather construction, Blake stitch sole.
Black suede in the desert boot form is a combination with a long history — the soft, matte surface of the suede suits the minimal silhouette of the boot without adding visual weight. Suede ages differently from grain leather, developing a patina of use that is its own kind of beauty.
